My boyfriend bought me this cute little cat purse as an early Christmas present while it was 50% off on Modcloth. I was nervous it wouldn't really match anything but seeing it in person I feel it matches almost anything in my childish wardrobe. It becomes a cute little kitten companion throughout my day! I attached some cute keychains which suit it well, including my cool colorful elephant puzzle keychain.
While walking around town last week I saw a little bin outside of a shop I'd never been to with things for $1 each. This cat pillow was in the bin and I just couldn't resist. "No outfit is complete without cat hair." So true, and also the reason why lint rollers are essential. The shop itself was breathtaking, filled with beautiful antiques and artwork. Maybe I'll snap a few photos next time I stop in.

I must share with you my new-found love: Pacifica perfume & cosmetics. I purchased this little Tuscan blood orange gift set as a a bit of a splurge while visiting family & definitely do not regret it! (I have been a bit obsessed with orange so far this season.) I received a roll-on perfume by Pacifica as a gift before in French lilac & loved it, so I wasn't taking too much of a risk. The blood orange trio came with a small body butter, a roll-on perfume, & a color quench lip tint. They are all so incredible! I feel that they will be gone very quickly at the rate I have been using them. Best part: they are cruelty-free and don't have any strange ingredients which I can't pronounce easily.
The lip tint is a beautiful color and feels very creamy and moisturizing on my lips. It is my go-to lip color as I am not much of a lipstick wearer. The trio sets would make for an excellent gift, for perfume & beauty lovers this holiday season. :)
much love~! xoxo

During the colder months it becomes more and more difficult to get out of bed. The cozy comforts of the warm blankets make it seem like the only place you need to be. Less vitamin D, conserving your energy, longing for the warmth of spring but still hoping to see the beauty of a snowstorm. This time of year usually makes me feel sort of sad: with it's pale blue light and the lack of frogs and cicadas croaking and chirping.
I collect puzzle erasers; they are so fun to play with and look at. I guess I am just a fanatic when it comes to miniatures. I added the cool border around my photo with a free photo editor I found, Fotor. It is the best and has the cutest borders and other cool effects. :) I also used it for the profile picture on my sidebar.
...& here's a pretty song:

Two lovers: their stars touching ever so gently; a relationship beginning with "hey, who's that cutie?" & all sorts of sweet infatuation, climaxing in heated waters of conflict and questionable commitment. They also share secrets and get to know each other in their tree house along the way. Their story doesn't end, it instead continues in comfortable understanding. (Check out this playlist about them.)

Hello friends! Wow, it's been a long while, forgive me! I took a little hiatus as I've been working on another project and really haven't had much to say. I seem to be that way in my real life, too, most of the time. With the daylight dwindling earlier, I find myself anxious to get things done during those precious hours where the sun is out. Yesterday I felt the full effects of setting the clocks back for the first time this season, as I drove around aimlessly to find a spot to savor the last moments of sunlight. I ended up in a little farm town called Belfast in Pennsylvania. The town was quaint and a bit eerie, it reminded me of Twin Peaks! I love little towns far from excessive consumerism, which don't have a Walmart on every block.
In other news, I just got my very own laptop, so you will be hearing much more from me!

I have been wearing this thrifted cashmere sweater for probably about 4 days now. Gross, I know, but it's so comfy I really can't bring myself to wear anything else (except of course my silly work uniform). Plus, the weather has been kind of odd lately, so it's been perfect for these strange hot-one-minute, cold-the-next sort of days.

My style icon as of late has been Bee from Bee and PuppyCat on Cartoon Hangover. It's a really cute and quirky show my boyfriend showed me. We also watched Bravest Warriors which is also really silly. If you like Adventure Time I think you'll really love the shows on Cartoon Hangover. And they're free to watch! ^^
*This is Bee, she wears the cutest stuff! I'd love to make an adorable cat apron like the one she is wearing above some day. :3*
I also just finished a really cool game with my boyfriend for Playstation 3 called Puppeteer. It is a magical platformer full of whimsy and the coolest array of level settings. There is an Alice in Wonderland-esque level, along with a Halloween level which was just perfect to set the mood for my favorite holiday. Also, you can play it with two players, which is my favorite type of game. :)
You play as the headless puppet boy Kutaro, who finds a variety of different heads to replace his own--each giving him the ability to unlock different secrets throughout the levels. I definitely recommend it for people of all ages. :) (p.s. We are selling our copy of it on ebay if you'd like to pick one up for yourself!)
Thanks for reading! ♥ xoxo
